I am looking for Lewis family from Grayvill Illinois. My grandmother Anna Lewis born 1905 died 1941 was living in Alton Illinois at time of Death. Her father’s name was Samuel Bristo Lewis. My great grandmother was Matilda also from Grayville ( I don’t have maiden name but she married my great grandfather Samuel Lewis. I as going to visit Owen Lewis grave site soon as I believe he is related
My Aunt Blanche Lewis (b about 1940 in Benton ILL) married Ted Fisk and lived for many years in Granville, where we used to visit them with her sister, my mother, Isabelle Lewis Hubble and dad Gene Hubble. They had one son, Teddy Fisk, who still lives in Granville and has a number of grandchildren. I don’t know if they are related. There are a lot of Lewis lines in Illinois.
