Mark and Ann at Moraine Lake, Alberta, Canada

Ann and I had the adventure of a lifetime exploring the Canadian Rockies with Road Scholar in July. We also camped throughout the US Rocky Mountains. Here we are at Moraine Lake. Notice the emerald water – it is from glacial “flour” – ground up rock.Resized tiny 316 kb with PhotoScape

This is in reply to a much older post of yours related to the Randolph background. You and I have a lot of common ancestors–my immigrant ancestor is Col. William Randolph, who came from Warwickshire England to Henrico Virginia. Anyway, I was so thankful for the information about the pre-French part of the family, so thanks so much!
